The purpose of the Regional Director of Operations position is to direct the overall operations of the assigned Communities in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure assigned communities are in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. Direct and follow-up on the implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the Community and Administrative team. This individual will have oversight of 9 facilities in the Houston and East Texas Market.
