Home Care Director of Clinical Services – Chicago, IL

We have an exciting new employment opportunity for a Home Health Director of Clinical Services in Chicago, Illinois. The DOCS is responsible for clinical supervision of agency personnel and facilitates compliance with the agency and regulatory standards. This position is responsible for ensuring high quality care for all clients.

The Home Care Director of Nursing plays an active role in educating staff relative to care, service, and compliance issues. The DON will be supervisory responsibility for all nursing staff.

We require a Registered Nurse / RN with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a home care environment. Strong clinical skills are required. This is a highly compensated position that offers a market leading benefits package.
