We are searching for a DON for Prairie Estates, which is a 180 bed, newly built, state-of-the-art transitional care center uniquely presented in a luxury, resort-style residential setting located in Frisco, TX. 

We offer a very competitive base salary and quarterly bonus package.  We will pay for relocation.
