Strategic Alliance Network was founded in 1995 to provide assistance to organizations in the healthcare sector on matters involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, executive search, restructurings and turnarounds, strategic planning and performance improvement.

My background includes over twenty five years of senior management experiences in various financial, operational, advisory and Board positions with both private and publicly traded companies. Experiences include serving as:
• President of a financial advisory service company that provides assistance to Boards, management and lenders in mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring and turnaround management
• Chief Operating Officer of a private-equity owned long-term care company going through a restructuring process
• Founding Director and Chief Financial Officer Echo Healthcare Acquisition Corp, a publicly-traded blank check company (EHHA.OB ; now VETS: NASDAQ following merger)
• Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of two separate publicly-traded healthcare companies (SUNH: NASDAQ) and (GC: NYSE), one of which took through its IPO
• Partner of an executive search and recruitment firm that specializes in the placement of C-Level and other senior management positions in the healthcare industry
• Lead independent director of a privately held senior care company that owns and operates long-term rehabilitation and health care centers, assisted living communities and various ancillary businesses
• Partner-in-Charge of Healthcare Consulting for the Western Region and National Director of Hospital Cost Management Systems for one of the “Big Four” accounting firms
