Thanks for joining the site and sharing your insight. I hope to gather a diverse group of resources that people will find valuable whether they seek a new opportunity or not. On a healthcare segment front, I want to explore the different forms of LTC such as the person centered care model and the express recovery model and the organizations that focus on these very different environments. Most people in the skilled nursing workforce have not had an opportunity to see these important additions to senior care. On the career front, we will try and add information on employment and compensation trends, and insights on leveraging work and life experience to secure the job you want. We will also try and touch those with an entrepreneurial spirit. I think there are many new offerings that will emerge as the population ages and financial reforms and state budgets shift with person incomes and tax changes. I expect to tap these ideas too.
