Absolutely I agree 150%! I am looking for work right now but I think I'll either opt for an Interim DON or another Consultant job--we have to learn to believe what we believe is always understated--those perfect thoughts in LTC are like a low RUG rate just intolerable but you grin and bear it.... :- ) You are welcome to email me at ToughYou@aol.com if you need anything ....

Yes indeed I keep believing you can walk into a good setting; have done so much clean up you burn out but am currently looking for something that can utilize my experience, and proactive prevent "problems" and create look to sub acute as the future of all health care outcome...

If you have anything in mind or hear of anyone looking I am always up for a challenge, and relocation is no issue currently way out in West Texas :) I am glad you are in a good role that you enjoy at the present time...

Yes however, we'd look then at non compact licensure meaning Ohio is not as bad as say California I have heard the wait can be up to 8 to 14 weeks (also in Florida) just to make our business more difficult...My regular email if you'd like to reach me is ToughYou@aol.com I did a big clean up in Nebraska and have no difficulty picking up and going and am an original Yankee--I'd be interested in Consultant and or Regional, DON hands down...Thanks for thinking of me and have a great day :)
