Facility Description: Beacon Hill will be a new facility opening first quarter of 2011. This 150 bed facility takes all the benefits of traditional nursing homes and assisted living facilities and improves on them by crafting programs that care for the whole person: physically, emotionally, and socially. Situated very near to Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas, Beacon Hill is a 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Job Description: The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. This position is charged with responsibility to ensure the quality of care is delivered consistently to the resident population. The DON will be responsible for the clinical outcomes of this newly built, beautiful, state of the art nursing facility.
